Conditions
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all included parts.
- Items damaged through misuse are not eligible.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we refund the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
